Refund Policy

We uphold a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and furnish instructions on how and where to dispatch your package. Please note, items returned to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We urge you to inspect your order upon arrival. Should you notice any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: To expedite the process and ensure your satisfaction, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
